Silks at Back Bay Fitness

 

Aerial  Skills- is a type of class designed to teach the  performance of aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric, trapeze, or Lyra. Performers/clients rely on their training, strength and skill to ensure safety.  They use the apparatus to perform amazing tricks, wraps, and suspended falls… a true mix of beauty, grace and strength.

(clients must qualify for Skills program based on taking the Aerial Fitness Class)

Aerial Skills:
Semi-Private Group: 1-4 people per class

 

Just hanging around...

 

Aerial Fitness- A whole body strength-training workout that introduces students to a combination of aerial exercises on the trapeze, fabric and floor strengthening exercises. Students will quickly notice the increase in strength in their core and upper body, as well as build stamina, control in the air and gain flexibility. This is a great way to work-out while having fun.
